My main complaint has to do with the office staff. First off, overbooking. My first time there involved a one hour wait in the waiting room and another one hour in the dentist chair. Not good considering before that visit, I was told the dentist was running late and there'd be a minimum one hour wait (a phone call would have been nice). I elected to re-schedule. After I had my consultation with the dentist, office staff kept asking me what did the dentist tell me and what am I making an appointment for? (They don't check the notes??). They seemed really clueless.
My next visit was no better. Yet another one hour wait. Usually at other dental offices, you're told the costs of the procedures before you sit down with the dentist again. They had forgotten to tell me anything about costs at my last visit (the one involving a two hour wait) and I was told I was about to have a deep cleaning which I did not recall any mention of at my previous visit. And I already had a deep cleaning with my previous dentist a year ago. So it was a bit suspect I needed to have yet another deep cleaning.
