I had an abcess tooth the DAY BEFORE my wedding. Dr. Westwood delayed the root canal until two days after the wedding, he squeezed me in so we could get it done before our Honeymoon. Dr. Westood called to check on me at home that night, and gave my husband his home number just incase. The service was so incredibly excellent, I couldn't believe it! I felt no pain, because I was asleep :) There was very minimal pain afterwards. The service and friendliness of both the front desk staff and Dr. Westwood were AMAZING!! 5 Stars out of 4!!!

I am a dentist phobe. I was very freaked out about having to have my first (hopefully only!) root canal. I know I am not an easy patient to have to deal with - however Dr. Westwood and his team were so great- very accomodating, very pleasant! I highly recommend them.

1. His office would not write off a very small insurance billing balance, about $30 (insurance did not cover), even though I had paid out of the pocket over $1100 on the spot after the treatment. I feel that was a little stingy and "not cool"of them.
2. But the chair-side manner and awarness of the client comfort during treatment are great. No other office offered eye protection. I felt well shielded with the glasses.
3. BUT, I really did not like the didgital XRAY pieces that go into your mouth. Those were very uncomfortable and painful - I had reflexive tears coming out, and I do not have a small mouth.

Dr Westwood's office is wonderful! Best experience I've had. And the treatment was a complete success. He saved my tooth.
