I came in for a new patient exam (X-Rays & Cleaning) and while the secretary and dental assistant were very professional and polite, Dr. Rones was just the opposite. Most painful cleaning I've experienced in my life.
About Hygienist: I'm a 24 year old male, have been to 4 dentists throughout the course of my life and Dr. Rones was by far the least professional of the group. I want to be clear, I am an easy-going and laid back person who is easy to get along with. Dr. Rones made some very rude comments to me about where I came from, my education, and my career choice. He literally scoffed at me for not sharing his love of all things sports and was overall very unpleasant.

I have taken my children to Dr.Rones for a couple of years. He and his staff are wonderful. My youngest child is 8 years old. My son enjoys the visit. He has n fear when go is in the chair. Dr. Rones and his staff are the best.
