I highly recommend Dr. Mickens for his accurate, effective treatment, his chair-side manner and his concern for the long-term health of my teeth & gums. I have recommended him without reservation to my friends and neighbors. Cost is slightly higher than some other dentists, but it's worth it for high-quality care.

He is an excellent dentist. He was willing to help me save my teeth when other dentists wanted to pull them. He successfully did a crown on a tooth a previous dentist had damaged with an incorrect filling, He was willing to help me avoid having my wisdom teeth pulled. My wisdom teeth had already come in without problems, but all my former dentists wanted me to have them removed. He has always listened to my requests and explained the probably outcome of treatments so I could make informed choices on the care of my teeth.
