We really liked Dr. Gilbert. He was professional and friendly. However, we left his office due to numerous unpleasant interactions with his front desk staff. We did complain about the situation, but we never heard back from Dr. Gilbert thus we figured our business as his patients was not of much value. So, we found another dentist.
