Dr. Miller is charging to have MY dental records sent to another dentist. There are several reasons I am leaving Dr. Miller and going to another dentist and this is just another issue to add to my list for why I am leaving. I felt like he outlined one expensive treatment after another for me. Won't go back.

About Hygienist: The hygentist has always been friendly.

Wonderful experience every time I go. Top quality care and professional caring staff. Trust Dr. Miller on all levels. Also, worked on my children and was patient and kind. I would recommend this office to all my family and friends

I would not go here if I were you. he is all about trying to sell to the patient and get as much money from you as possible.

About Hygienist: She was worse. "I have been doing this for 30 years"! Would not trust a word she said.

I originally came in for a cleaning, but then was told that it couldn't be done until I had another more expensive procedure first. I was already apprehensive about being at the dentist and Dr. Miller made me feel like I had no choice. Then after making fun of my smile Dr. Miller recommended another procedure to burn gum away from my teeth so more tooth would be exposed. This would have almost been worth all the horrible pain if the procedure had lasted, but my gums grew back. Apparently this happens sometimes, and it requires yet another expensive procedure to fix. Then when it finally came time to getting my actual cleaning (months later) they charged me for extra work that never happened. I KNOW all I got was a cleaning and they said their notes say something else, and even worse the procedure they wrote down wasn't covered by my insurance. I specifically asked them NOT to do anything else that wasn't covered by insurance after all the gum burning. They had a very bad habit of telling me things would be covered and then come back and say "Oops sorry we were wrong," after it was done. I tried to discuss all of this with Dr. Miller, he got red in the face, and loudly ridiculed me. :( If you have any fear of dentists-DON"T GO HERE

About Hygienist: The Hygienist, Melanie is very sweet. Jackie at the front desk, is disorganized, and part of the reason things got so screwed up. On one occasion (different than the one mentioned above) it took several conversations for her to understand that I had overpaid for something. She did admit she was wrong and that issue was corrected, but it has just been one thing after the other. She wasn't there the day I tried to talk to Dr. Miller and she was supposed to call me back to discuss being charged for something that never happened, but she never did. :( **An added note, on 1800Dentist they say that they have a massage chair and tvs. They have one portable chair massage in the waiting room, and a tv to advertise extra services. The office is clean but cold and uncomfortable. There are cookies on a table when you leave, you can think whatever you want about that...
