Dr. Waters is very friendly and I felt she was very proficient in her job. My only problem with her is that according to her receptionist Barb, she is not willing to talk personally to a client who has a legitimate complaint about the office staff and her treatment of the family who has been going there for 6 years. I'm not sure if that is truly Dr. Waters sentiment and she doesn't care or if that is Barb just not letting us through to her. It's unfortunate because we really liked Dr. Waters but will no longer recommend her office.

About Front Desk: Barb is horrible. My entire family hated dealing with her because she was rude, used gorilla tactics, and would hang up on you. The most unprofessional person I have met in what should be a professional establishment

Dr Waters is knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. She replaced crowns done by another dentist 7 months ago. The procedure was very successful and painless. I definitely would recommend Dr. Waters to others.

Dr. Jennifer Waters is a phenomenal dentist – one that my husband and I have seen since she opened her Golden location office. She and her staff are highly competent dental specialists, friendly (it’s certainly nice to see a smiling face in a dentist’s office), caring, highly organized, informative, and they respect their patients’ schedule. Her office is in a convenient location for people in the Arvada and Golden area, and I would highly recommend Dr. Waters to any of my friends and relatives! Karen Stark

My husband, daughter and I have had the WORST experience at Dr. Waters' practice. We just switched to this Dr. after due to previous Dr retiring having been seen by 2 other prominent dentists for 20 years and never been treated so poorly as we have at this office. The service is very poor and when we questioned the bill was told "if you don't want to pay then it will be sent to collection agency!" it seems they do procedures that are absolutely not necessary and it is more a business than a service oriented practice. For example both my husband and I NEVER had to pay for cleaning and in a span of less than six months we've had a bill of over $300 beside what the insurance already paid for, it is unbelievable. Don't pick this office..."

I went to Clear Creek Dental for a couple of years and was happy. I moved away, and moved back. A crown they put in broke after 3 years so I asked about getting it fixed at a free or reduced cost. They said I had to come in so they could look at it to decide. I came in and the receptionist told me they would charge me the full amount. The dentist looked at the crown and noticed I had a cracked filling as well. I said it had been that way for a long time. She said I was full of #$%$ . I am not even kidding, that is an exact quote and walked out. She had the receptionist come back and ask me to leave. I have never been treated so badly at a professional establishment in my life. I was literally in disbelief. It is especially sad after a reasonably long and positive relationship. They even had the gall to charge my insurance company for the visit.

I have numerous crowns and have had many problems with my teeth over the last 10 years. Dr. Waters addressed each issue with care, professionalism and what I consider “dental talent”. Among her many talents, she has the ability to diagnose, design, create and insert a crown in one appointment. Her office is excellent with follow ups and if I have ever had a concern or issue with a new crown (teeth move with new work) she made room for me that day and took me in right away. This is the first dentist that I felt was truly up to date, keeps up to date AND that I was her most important client. I have had other talented dentists in the past but they either did not stay up to date or I was treated like one of a thousand instead of one of one. I have sent my kids to her as well and was pleased with how honest and talented she was with them.

About Hygienist: Knows what she is doing and was not willing to miss a spot. Very up to date.

I have had this dentist for almost 3 years. Far cry from the luxurious office I had in another state. No TV, no headphones, fussy patients. I am shopping for a new one. Last work she did, she claimed she did not and when it broke said another doctor did it. Last visit was mildly painful but it was the way the needle was pushed into my jaw and when I tried to pull back in pain and exclaimed in pain, she pushed harder. It felt like she was in a hurry. Nothing about the place impresses me at all. I have had fillings and deep gum cleanings and recently had to get my first root canal. My last temp filling for the root canal is all messed up, catches on food worse than before. She blames my teeth. I don't think they know I am shopping for a new dentist.

About Hygienist: I have had a new one over the last few visits. She is ok, not impressed with her skills per se or anything really.

It was very easy to get an appointement. I explained that i could feel a hole in my tooth: she saw nothing, she did not use x-ray, she told me that my tongue was "curious". She put some temporary medicine on my tooth to relieve the sensitivity;she spent 15 minutes with me, she charged me 15$, and she charged Anthem insurance more than 250 $. it was nothing than a little cavity.: now, 6 months later, I have pain, a root canal and a crown are scheduled for my tooth!!!! With another dentist i trust. Final cost for me 554$, pain, anesthesia..... Definitively not a good dentist! Other detail: she can not work anymore with Anthem.

Great Great Great! Good crew, very thorough dentist. She is patient and takes time to explain all procedures and works with other professionals in the field to ensure you have the best treatment possible.
