Dr. griffin did my root canals so poorly that they actually had to be redone within one year. My OBGYN actually made me go to another endodontist to have him fix it which cost me $10,000 (to redo the root canals and do the surgery where they drill through the bone to release infection. Griffin left me with a huge abscesd in my gum from infection and refused to correct it even though I was pregnant and this is very serious when pregnant. He needs to retire. I filed an ada complaint as well, and I wish I had sued him.

Dr. Griffin did my first root canal in Jan. That root canal was successful so far. In August he did three root canals. I have had to have all three teeth extracted. He should have advised me that these teeth could not be saved. He did not tell me that this was a mission impossible. Over $3,000 later I had to have these teeth removed. The unnecessary pain and cost should never have happened. I have lost all faith in him.

Extremely disappointed. I had two root canals done by him. One poor root canal actually resulted in the extraction of the tooth. The other is getting "redone" today as the canals were not filled far/deep enough.

I had a root canal done here nearly 2 years ago. First of all, he did 2 when I only needed 1 because he couldn't figure out which tooth was hurting me so bad, then one of the root canals he filled 4 mm shorter than he should have. This tooth has been infected for 2 years. When I filed a complaint with a group he's a member of, he called and offered to fix it (I had begged for months for this) he did a surgery but never redid the root canal so now I am having to pay to have this surgery done AGAIN by another endodontist. Dr. Griffen is a really nice guy and from what the dentists say, used to be good, but really needs to retire.

Dr Griffin was wonderful and caring. He was concerned that I remained relaxed and reasonably comfortable. His front staff was great! I loved his technician as well. I would highly recommend using Dr Griffin. I had a very dificult surgery done in his office and was very pleased with how I was treated and the results.
