The dentist was just ok not great. I paid IN FULL at visit and
Told them not to submit to my insurance and they did the opposite and kept my money for months. The point is I do not like dishonest people don't go business with them
There is nothing worse than dishonesty

Crown, filings, cleaning. The office staff was excellent, they handled the appointment and billing quickly and efficiently, true professionals. The procedure was exemplary, Dr. Rysner had excellent chair-side, always checking to make sure I was OK during the procedures. The crown was implemented same day and was perfect, Dr. Rysner uses the latest technology to take pictures, mold the crown, etc. I would highly recommend.

I have bee a patient of Dr. Rysner for eight years. He and his staff are excellent.

The facility is very nice, based on my experiences with other practices. In particular, the X-rays are digital, which seems easier on the mouth than the uncomforable exposure plates all my previous dentists have used.
The fillings and crowns he has done for me have come out well, including durability and comfort of the repaired teeth, and he tested the bite until I was satisfied with how they felt.
He always seems very calm and relaxed. I find his manner a little off-putting, he acts a little too friendly for my comfort, but that may just be me.
My memory of previous dentists is imperfect, but it seems he spends less time on me than other dentists, both during routine exams and procedures.

I've been to Dr. Rysner's office for I think 3 or 4 visits and have decided not to come back. Every time I was there I got the impression that I was talking to sales people. I had a cavity filled one visit, the procedure took quite a while but was not painful. The next visit I was recommended to get crowns. They were quick to point out that with such excellent insurance everyone would go for a couple of crowns. The office seems to be well run, I have not have any issues with billing, insurance etc. In terms of the building, the waiting room is very small.

Quick to refer me to an orthodontist to enhance my appearance. At age of 37 I've never had a Dentist refer me to an Orthodontist for this reason, which made me question his intention. Was great with the kids.
