I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Degerness and his office. I came to him to fix some awful work done by a prior dentist after 5 treatments on those 3 teeth I am now done. 2 of those teeth had abcesses (from the prior bad work, not from Dr. Degerness) and yet for each visit with him I never felt a single thing. He is wonderful at making sure you are completely numb and, I'm not lying, I almost fell asleep a couple times during the root canals because I was so comfortable. His office manager, Sonja, is great at making sure you understand what over the counter meds to take and WHY they are important to be taken at certain times. She always made sure I knew what the costs were and they even sent me a refund check when insurance paid more than they expected, that's a first for me with any doctor. It's a small place and I like that, they really take time with each patient, I knew everytime that I'd have his full attention whereas my last place felt like a human puppy mill with the dentist bouncing back and forth between several patients at once. I couldn't recommend this place more highly, I was recommended here by my new dentist, Dr. Jon Caulfield, and I'm so grateful I came here.

About Front Desk: Sonja is wonderful! She makes sure you understand all costs and options and provides you detailed instructions on aftercare procedures.

Dr. Degerness was my dentist in the late 80's when I had a lot of work done. I'm now close to 60, and have never had to replace a filling or crown that he put in. He's very kind and gentle, and I can't say enough good about him.

I've had 2 root canals done. The first one went so well it was hard to believe it was a root canal. The second had a major infection that took a while to resolve but Dr. Degerness was very careful and cautious on how and when to proceed. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the gentle, thorough and successful treatment I received. I would totally recommend Dr. Degerness and will return to him if needed.

Dr. Degerness was very skilled, gentle on my mouth, personal, funny sometimes, and I knew right away and then from the results that I had found just the right endontist. I would send my kids to him and really trust his skill level. His office staff was the best that I have seen for kindness, getting help, being available, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very short recovery time with no problems at all and attention to every detail with follow up call.

Dr. Degerness is a wonderful doctor, and his staff is very friendly and caring. I had a very painful experience at another dentist, leaving me with a serious infection. I was a new patient, but he treated me like an old friend. My husband also went through a similar situation w/his general dentist and ended up seeing Dr. Degerness who also took care of the problem. He also called both of us several times to check on how we were doing. I won't see another endodontist as long as Dr. Degeneress is practicing. I've had 7 root canals in the past, so I'm familiar with the procedure. He's the best!

Dr. Degerness and his amazing staff immediately addressed my root canal infection with great customer service and an antibiotic prescription. My infection was so bad that Dr. Degerness willingly met me and my husband at his office during off hours twice in one day to give me numbing shots. He personally worked out a meticuluos schedule for me to take medication every 2 hours alternating about 5 different drugs. It was time consuming and I was so appreciative of his personal care for me. I assumed he would give up on me after a few days of pain, but he stuck with me for 2 weeks on my medicine routine adjusting it as needed. He was there for me in the middle of the night, returning my calls and calling in prescriptions. I was amazed at his commitment to get me pain free, even when it involved overtime on his part and even during events he was attending. He was commited to me getting better and never gave up on me. His staff is always polite and service oriented. He values his time with his family and patiently sacrficed that for me. With respect and grattitude, I highly recommend Andante Edodontics!

Small office, chaotic atmosphere. Runs late because it seems like the patient load is too high. Moderately painful root canals with poor follow up (late evening return calls) and abysmal pain management. I would never have any more work done by this endodontist.
