Somewhat decent dentist 'chair-side manner' is sub-par at best, he doesn't answer questions and refers you to his support staff who is very nasty and unhelpful. Its very discouraging to have a dentist who makes you feel like you're wasting their time. The wait time before seeing the dentist was 1 hour and 15 minutes exactly.

About Front Desk: Spoke to Aaron several times, initially she said she did not take my insurance when I confirmed with the insurance company they did take my insurance she became defensive when I called back to make an appointment. After the appointment I called to discuss questions I had regarding the services they said were required and had the misfortune of speaking to Aaron again, she constantly spoke over me while I was trying to ask a question in the most condescending tone and at one point said 'I don't know how many times I have to explain this to you'. Front desk staff should be kind and supportive its their job to exhibit patience in explaining complex issues to people who have no background in dentistry and therefore can't understand the nature of this work.

Dr. Richard Grant has a great facility and a remarkable staff. His practice and well organized and clean. He is very thorough in his exam and quite informative. My treatment plan was costly, however I blame myself for not maintaining my oral health. I need a lot of work, In any event, Dr. Grant and his staff are getting me back on track. I look forward to sharing my smile with the word proudly!!! I trust and value his professional opinion and would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

About Hygienist: Mrs. Glend Garvin is a wonderful hygienist. As I stated my mouth was in really bad shape and on my initial visit for my deep cleaning she thoroughly explained to me what was happening with my gums. She provided me a mirror to view exactly what she was doing. She instructed me how to floss and brush properly all while in a relaxing room, with claming music playing in the backround and the lovely scent of a burning aroma candle. I almost fell asleep as she gentley cleaned my teeth. Overall great experience. I've finally found a wonderful dentist and hygienist!!!

Very friendly staff and Dr. Grant explains treatment outcomes clearly. Very clean facilities and no wait time. I would recommend this dentist especially for Implants.

Dr. Grant office is a great dental office. If only you could say the same for the office staff. Very unprofessional to say the least. However, I get a cleaning every 6 months from the hygenist Glenda. Most times she's running late, but it's always worth the wait. She's very thorough and fast once she starts. Overall, I would recommend this office, hopefully, Dr. Grant speaks with his office staff sooner than later, because they will be a turn off for first time patients.

About Hygienist: I love the hygenist. Honestly, if she wasn't there, I would not go to this office.

This dentist is very attentive and his staff provides superior customer value. Unlike the review before, reality states that if you don't have dental coverage, it can be costly, and it dosen't matter what dentist you go to. The facility is clean and though lobby is small your not being treated in the lobby but in the rooms. I would recommend this dentist because if you can't afford the treatment, he will work with you and set up a payment plan with you, unlike other dentist who are so focused on the appearance of their facility that they charge you just to keep up the rent.

Very Expensive for no reason , and poor denitistry. Its the worst setup with the smallest lobby.
