I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Foxhall a few weeks ago and woke up at 5:00 am in excruciating pain with a swollen face. I drove to the office at 8:00 am as I was experiencing a true dental emergency. The office staff was not friendly nor helpful as I did not have an appointment. There was absolutely no care or compassion from the staff- only outward annoyance. While I completely understand walking in to an office is FAR from ideal- I was in dire need of help and was CLEARLY in distress. I was informed by the receptionist, that based on a conversation with one of the doctors, I could not be seen for two days and was offered a name of an oral surgeon. Oddly enough, neither the receptionist nor the doctor obtained any information from me regarding my current symptoms. It is absolutely ridiculous and negligent to not have any type of emergency appointments available for current patients. Further, it is completely careless to not gather any information from the patient on current symptoms potentially related to a procedure performed by one of their doctors.

I've been going to Dr. DeShetler for over 10 years and I can't imagine going to anyone else. Dr. DeShetler has a great staff that takes care of you even before you come through the door. They are friendly and efficient once you get there. Dr. DeShetler is constantly improving with new techniques and most up to date technology. I would recommend Dr. DeShetler to anyone!

I had many dentists over the years and Dr. DeShetler is by far the best in skills and patient care. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I definitely recommend.

my whole family loves Dr. DeShetler! I have been searching for a good dentist and I am so glad I have found Dr. DeShetler. He is very professional and gentle. He always makes good suggestions of what can be done to fix the tooth, and very patiently in explaining what treatment/procedure he is going to do.
My two boys do not feel nervous going to see the dentist. They always enjoy going to see Dr. DeShetler!
I would fully recommend Dr. DeShetler!!
About Hygienist: The hygienists are also very good there. I love to get my teeth cleaned there because the hygienists are very professional and patient with cleaning my teeth, and I just feel wonderful every time when I get my teeth cleaned there!

We recently switched to Dr. DeShetler and the entire experience is awesome. Very friendly atmosphere, very comfortable. When you have 3 children, the office staff is very helpful with them, when it's the parents turn for cleaning. My kids feel very comfortable and safe. Easy to get appointments, very reasonable prices after insurance and very knowledgable. They tell you everything they are going to do, talk you through what they are doing, and I left there very happy! I would recommend to everyone of all ages!

My family and I have been going to Dr. DeShetler for a long time. He is absolutely the best dentist. I have been to other dentists before coming to him. No one is as good as Dr. DeShetler. He is kind and knowledgeable. He did a great job on several of my teeth that other dentists won't touch! He has the newest tools. Absolutely loves his staffs.

I am a former patient and will never return. Staff was extremely rude. Fillings and cleanings were done. Cost is average. I would not recommend this office at all.

Excellent dentist. Honest, friendly, very knowledgable. Knows exactly what he is doing. I had veneers put in about 4 years ago and still getting compliments. Overall best dentist in Atlanta.
About Hygienist: I had my teeth cleaned by both of Dr. DeShetler's hygienists. Very friendly and gentle. Both have been there for many years.
