I came to Dr. Dietz for a root canal....easiest one i have ever had. And it was done in one day! He was very cool and talked about everything with me! I will return for any other root canals i need and its a shame he doesn't do anything else!!!

Never have I been so comfortable with any sort of dentist working on my teeth. Very good at what he does especially for a patient as myself who hates needles(phobia) and just any kind of surgery in general. Very quick very thoughtful. Explains everything to you in a very nice manner. I would recommend him to any of my friends. He does take his time and you might be there for a while but his work is excellent.

I know this doctor: 1 day. Other family has had work done for past year or two.

I went to see Dr. Dietz for retreatment of a root canal proformed by another dentist. I was referred by my dentist to see Dr. Dietz. Dr. Dietz was wonderful when he heard I didn't like the shot (it was in the front of my mouth) he told me I may feel a little pain but not much. I didn't feel a thing, that was the best shot to numb the area I have ever recieved. I have not had any pain since the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Dietz. Thanks Dr. Dietz.

After waiting 5 hours in the waiting room. The doctor continued to leave the room and the root canal took another 2 hours. Some young man finished the rootcanal because the doctor was yelling at the front staff about a party he was having over the weekend...Would never, ever walk back in the office if he was giving out free rootcanals. After the rootcanal I severe swelling and sharp pain. Called office to talk to the doctor and he would not come to the phone. After paying over $1,000.00 of my own money and the doctor will not come to the phone...

While I did spend several hours in the office, I was informed that this was the case ahead of time as I was being squeezed in. I came prepared for this and as a result the time flew by. Dr Dietz and his staff were all fabulous and very friendly. I was extremely comfortable with them. I had a lot of questions about the root canal and they patiently answered all of them. I only have a little soreness and have not had to use any pain meds. I don't know about the cost as I don't have anything else to compare it too, but I was expecting to pay much more. While I hope I never need another, I would go there again even if my insurance would not cover it. I only wish he were a general dentist as I would switch over in a minute.

The review of 4-18-05 could have been written by me. I had the same awful experience. Waited 1 1/2 hours to get in chair, another hour to see ANYONE, another hour for first shot. Was never told what was going on. Dietz comes in after 3 hours, I had to introduce myself to him (he never said a word) and he starts working away! It was excrutiating pain like I've never felt. Never asked me about past medical, dental, medications, etc....Because it was so painful, he had to stop, took all the grip off me, and said the area was too infected, come back next week. I was there 4.5 hours! The evening janitorial staff came in to empty wastebaskets while I was still in the chair! If it wasn't so horrific, it would have been comical! Never go here! You'll be sorry you did........

I HAD A ROOT CANAL DONE AND STILL HAVE PAIN IN THE AREA, TRIED TI GET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GO BACK SO THEY COULD CHECK IT THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME A TWO - THREE WEEK APPOINT AWAY. AS MUCH PAIN AS I WAS IN I DID NOT THINK THAT WAS FAR TO ME MY INSURANCE HAD ALREADY PAID THEM AS WELL. SO I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEY.
