I wouldn't recommend going here. I had a shift change at my work place that I could not get out off, and even after I received a concussion from work they badgered me and told me it was entirely my fault that they couldn't work with my shift change at all and still demanded that I pay for work that wasn't going to be done. While still in recovery from said concussion. Kept calling back even after I said I was too over-whelmed and would need to talk about it another time. Uncompromising or sensitive to what condition or predicament you're in, just wanted cash. **UPDATE** Went in to discuss the issue and they claimed that they never would've pestered me on the phone like they did just less than an hour ago. I asked for a physical copy of my contract and they refused. I asked if I could receive a referral for another orthodontist that had hours I could with and they refused. Eventually I was forced out and told that during my last appointment I stormed out using colorful language. Which I had done no such thing for that last appointment... Now I'm in a bind, I can't get work done on my teeth because they just don't have the hours (which I was fine with, I just needed a different ortho who had hours that worked for me),

About Front Desk: Unfriendly, very insensitive and will accuse you for being at fault for anything as well as say that you were aggressive and swearing at past appointments when no such thing happened.

Wolf in sheeps clothing! NIce at first, but it is all about the money with them. Left their office for someone else, and then they started the "collection" threat, EVEN though, we were still making payments. They also told us $ 700.00 in fees were covered by insurance, then they changed their story. They lost thousands in business from us, our family, and friends. I will tell EVERYONE know the truth about this office.

My biggest complaint about Bull Valley is the hidden costs. I am sure a lot of people just pay their bill and do not check it. Bull valley charged my credit card without my knowledge. They charged me for fees not charged to insurance. When asked to explain a bill I was just informed to pay it, or be sent to collections. They also offer bank loans and crediting. Which I am sure allows them to continuously charge you without your knowledge. Bull Valley Dentistry commits credit and billing fraud and should be shut down. Besides that they work they did on my teeth has to be redone because it was done improperly.

I normally see Dr. Hopper at Bull Valley Dentistry and she is amazing. I had been rescheduled for Dr. John Dano when my primary physician could not see me. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. As I was asking questions about my procedure to the dental assistant Dr. Dano entered, didn't introduce himself, but instead told me that I "shouldn't argue" then continue to tell me why I should listen to them while citing that my "exposed nerve” needed to be covered. I didn't even have an exposed nerve indicating to me that he had no idea why I was there in the first place. I could not believe I just got scolded for asking questions. He then ended the conversation with putting my chair back, criticizing my previous orthodontic work and telling me "no wonder your over bite is so bad", while snickering to his dental assistant. He then got out a large needle and when I asked why I needed numbing (I didn't know since asking questions was considered arguing), he slammed down the instrument, got to his feet and said "you know that you don't have to do this. If you don't want the procedure to be done then you shouldn't be here in the first place". He then stormed out while telling his assistant to explain the procedure. I left as well!
