Short of stuff, all kinds of delays and excuses, a lot of back and forth, just for a simple appointment, using an answering machine from the 80’s or 90’s, some dental equipment and tools also should be updated, no assistant present during my exams and treatment. Unpleasant interactions, very complicated, self , ignored my questions and failed to treat other teeth with issues that needed to be fixed and were fixed properly by another dentist.

Dr. Hee is not only a great dentist, but a great communicator. He's the first dentist I've been to who sits down and explains, in detail, the pros and cons of various dental options. He's also really thoughtful about the expense involved. When I needed a bite plate for sleeping, he advised me that buying one over-the-counter for as little as $4 would do as well as being custom fitted for one and paying a few hundred bucks. I just spent 4 hours having a lengthy procedure done and felt NO PAIN. None. Also, you can watch movies as they work on your (movie visor provided) teeth. State-of-the-art equipment and procedures, very clean, very friendly and caring, very good at spelling out insurance coverage and co-pays in advance, so no terrible surprises. Best dentist I've ever been to.
