Short of stuff, all kinds of delays and excuses, a lot of back and forth, just for a simple appointment, using an answering machine from the 80’s or 90’s, some dental equipment and tools also should be updated, no assistant present during my exams and treatment. Unpleasant interactions, very complicated, self , ignored my questions and failed to treat other teeth with issues that needed to be fixed and were fixed properly by another dentist.

About Front Desk: Nice and friendly. Too slow to return calls and a lot of back and forth since she could not make her own decisions without checking with the dentist
