My daughter has been here several times over the past 2 years for regular check ups. I've never got to actually meet the dentist. I'm used to sitting in the room during exam/cleaning, which I've done with previous dentists ever since our kids were little. But at this office I was immediately told I couldn't accompany our child, that the room was too small. Ok, so they're trying to save money and have smaller than normal rooms. Not a major offense, but the first time I've had to deal with it.
They also pushed us to have x-rays done, which again, I know is pretty normal. I'm not one of those anti-vaccination fanatics, but we do try to minimize x-rays, and usually request fewer than what the dentists typically recommend (no other previous dentist has had a problem with this). They complied the first time we went, but when we returned shortly after to do a filling, they went ahead and did the full panorama without asking me. Not happy about that. Next regular visit they gave me a hard time for not wanting to do xrays.
Again, I understand that's the standard recommendation for dentists, but most dentists have always accommodated me. This office sees a lot of insurance patients, so I'm sure they like to bill the max they can.
About Front Desk: Not horrible, but definitely not friendly. She was the one that very abruptly told me they wanted to do x-rays and if I refused I would have to sign a waiver.

About Hygienist: Can't say anything because I don't even know if there was a hygienist or the actual dentist did the cleaning herself. Never met either of them. However, the cleaning took shorter than I've ever experienced for myself or my other child.
