Expensive. And, a couple of apparant efforts to upsell expensive procedures. Diagnosed several cavities, but for some reasons left me with a susicious feeling. So (never do this) but I sought a second opinion from another reputable dentist, in whose opinion: I HAVE NO CAVITIES AND NO FILLINGS ARE NECESARY.

I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Frost and his staff. Dr. Frost is the picture of professionalism. My appointment started at the scheduled time with no wait. His staff is extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure that I was completely comfortable throughout my appointment. Dr. Frost and his staff treated me as if I were part of the family. I trust Dr. Frost and his staff implicitly in all tooth-related matters. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the dental device Dr. Frost made me. It was very reasonable and I didn't have to go to another doctor's office to pick it up! While I've never suffered any anxiety while visiting the dentist, I also have rarely had such a pleasant experience. The appointment was not rushed at all, and I left feeling like I had spent an hour with good friends. I have recommended Dr. Frost to my family and friends and will continue to do so in the future!

About Front Desk: Like I said above, Dr. Frost's entire staff is excellent. The girl at the front desk is extremely competent. She was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my follow-up appointment. She efficiently processed my payment and made sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns before I left the office.

About Hygienist: The hygienist was excellent! She took the time to explain everything before she did it. She was very thorough!

Dr. Frost is a great guy, he treats me and my family like we are his own. I have had a lot of dental work in the past 2 years because I went a while without seeing a dentist due to my dental anxiety... Dr. Frost totally understands my situation and he has made it so easy for me to complete my treatment. I have sent many of my friends to him and they have all loved him and his staff as well! His assistant is great as well!!!

About Front Desk: Dr. Frost's front desk girl is always very helpful and will go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed at my appointments.

About Hygienist: The Hygienist is amazing! She is super sweet, and very gentle, which is really important to me!

Do not go to him! His billing person is totally incompetent & condesending. We spent as much or more time correcting her "mistakes" with her & the insurance company than I did getting my tooth problem fixed. He is very arrogant & condesending. I already did not like going to the dentist much & this was an emergency situation & he made it so bad I wanted to literally hit him. There are not enough words to express how I feel-it is SOOOO negative. If you choose him as your dentist BEWARE!!

As a Dentist, he's not particularly patient with those needing extra time for a painful procedure. He'll wax on about family problems while performing dental work on you. Also, his office now requires that all services be paid for up front for your insurance to reimburse you at a later time. Front desk girl is nice enough, but he's having problems retaining good hygienists - it's a different person every time I come in. Not too flexible on scheduling, and the office blares awful soft rock mix radio all day long. Overall, a nice man with a nice enough practice, but doesn't offer all of the services I was hoping for.

Dr Frost tried to use scare tactics to sell us on expensive procedures proved not to be necessary. He was also not as considerate while actually doing procedures as our previous dentist.
