i was very impressed with her knowledge, the way she answered questions and explained the process, and the time it would take to have the procedure accomplished, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything transpired, and would recommend her to fasamily and friends

It has been awhile since I went to the dentist and Dr Wu and Liz were great! I had to have a root canal from Dr Wu and it didn't even hurt. Liz cleaned my teeth and did a great job they aren't so yellow. Alyassa and Yohany are very friendly and do a wonderful job. I will recommend Dr Wu and her great staff to everyone. Thanks girls for taking such great care of me.

I have been in pain and postponing my trip to the dentist for a long time. I have never been comfortable in a dental chair, but Dr. Wu and her staff are great! Not only do they make me feel welcome, but I was seen the day I called and out of pain by the time I left.. I couldn't be more happy with my experience and I would recommend Dr. Wu to anyone.

DR Emma Wu charged me $800 for a simple bonding. It was supposed to be covered under insurance but she coded it as something the insurance company wouldn't pay for (they cover bonding, but not at that price so i suspect she coded it as something else and passed the cost on to me).. The way she coded it I had to pay for the full amount out of pocket. After many discussions she agreed to refund the difference between what insurance would have paid, and what she charged me. She nevber refunded the money. Now all her staff have left (tottally new staff) and she denies every saying she would refund me. This was less than a year ago. 3 days ago the tooth broke again. I am going to another dentist.

Daughter had 4 fillings and now in the process of a root canal. Radio ad says she does fillings by laser but we found this was not true. The fillings were done with a drill as they would be with any other dentist. Also, the ad states you can have a root canal & permanent crown all in 1 visit which is also not true. We are going back tomorrow for the perm crown from a root canal last week. VERY expensive! Was quoted one price but charged higher. Now wants a ridiculous amount of money-already paid $378 & wants an additional $1550!

About Front Desk: One person at the desk can be a bit rude and not listen to the entire question before responding with an answer

Had 3 fillings and X-ray of one tooth. I was quoted and paid $300 more than I should have (AFTER insurance)!!! Then I was told I needed 4 more treatments at a total of almost $800, which of course needs to be paid up front on visit 1 of 4. Got 2nd opinion, do not need said treatment! needless to say, I will be picking up my refund of $300 (which I caught on to by the way after calling my insurance company, fearing I overpaid) next week and will never return there again. Also, there is some sensitivity where I had my fillings done but still won't go back there to have it fixed.

About Front Desk: Here is where the problem lies. The receptionist, who's name I won't state on here, was unprofessional. She looked confused while staring at the computer when I was checking out. Then she blurted out the full name of someone that apparently showed up on the same screen as my account, wondering why she showed up on the screen, which is a HIPAA violation! It took a while to get my bill paid since there was obviously some confusion. I was mis-billed. I have a very common insurance, so you can't tell me they didn't know what the allowance was for simple fillings and one tooth X-ray! All in all unprofessional, untrustworthy, and I won't be back.

About Hygienist: She was nice enough, but stated she wasn't going to do deep cleaning at that time despite stating that I needed it. Not sure why.

I would not recommend this dentist. She is very expensive and tends to recommend unnecessary treatment. Only go here if you have plenty of extra money and feel the need to waste it.
