i love goin to his dentistry i have never had any complaints. The customer service is excellant and the greet you like family when you walk through tthe door. i have goten 2 implants and there was minimal pain. i have also gotten 3 extractions and there was again minimal pain

I had a Root Canal done at Dr. Patel's office, and yearly cleanings. The Dr. is very gentle when giving injection, not rough, unlike others . The staff is very friendly ,knowledgeable and didn't have to wait long to get an appointment.

About Front Desk: Nita always is willing to go above & beyond to get me the time and day I need to be treated. She makes reminder confirmation calls that I have become dependent upon. Friendly, and takes interest in my treatment, takes time to make additional calls to follow up after the treatment. That's special!

I have had an implant crown, and yearly cleanings as well as several fillings. Dr. Patel is very professional, communicates well & takes time to explain treatment procedure. His staff is always courteous, follows thru, willing to make adjustments with my work schedule. Always show concern for my dental needs. I highly reccomend Dr. Paresh, an intelligent, experienced and caring Doctor. The receptionist is also very friendly, personable, follows thru with insurance questions / schedule.

About Front Desk: Very personable, dedicated & polite. I love the reminder phone calls. willing to help with my working schedule. Follows thru for my insurance questions.

I have been going to Dr. Patel's practice for 19 years. I'm very happy with the practice and with Dr. Patel and believe me, if I wasn't happy, I'd have gone somewhere else by now. Dr. Patel CARES about his patients. He has come in from family duties to care for me in an emergency situation. His staff is very nice. They are mostly American. Dr. Patel is also a pharmacist so he knows his anesthetic. My insurance is always billed quickly and accurately. Dr. Patel can do root canals and crowns very efficiently and they look good, so you don't have to be sent out to some kind of specialist. I like the office. My treatments have turned out well. He's even removed wisdom teeth for me with a minimum of swelling. Frankly I've been to much worse over the years if Dr. Patel was on vacation. Dr. Patel also prescribes the correct kind of antibiotics for infections, something not all dentists do. He likes clindamycin. Try them out. You'll be happy. I'm now the longest-standing patient in the practice and they did not ask me to do this review at all. Also, language is not a problem. They just speak more than one there !

Crown, root canal, fillings. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything that he was doing. He is great at giving novicane pain free. I would recommend him.

Overall dissatisfied with communication, work and service. Language skill is too poor for adequate communication. Concerns were not addressed. Procedures overly painful.

My family has had bad experience with this office. I personally do not recommend going to this office. The staff does not follow up with regards to patient call backs or following up with claim request. My daughter was brought in the office recently and arrived 15 min prior to appointment and waited over 1 1/2 hours before staff could see us. I am planning to change dentist due to this experience. Also, I had a tooth removed that took about 5 hours. The grinding was painful and healing was very slow. Again, I do not give my recommendation.
