I felt very relaxed and never felt pressured to get treatment done. So in the end I decided to go ahead and do it, because I feel I can trust Dr. Scherr.

She explained my treatment and what I needed to do to fix my tooth very well.
About Front Desk: Best dental experience!!! Very Knowledgeable with my insurance and Great customer care. I was very afraid and they made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office!!
About Hygienist: Very gentle and explained my perio issue.

Very communicative. Procedures were done painlessly and I felt no pain. Very happy

Established care, advised to have root canal done by dentist working in her office. Not told, he had no experience with her office or tools and supplies. Over 8 hours (in 2 settings) to complete what should have taken 2 hours. Office manager is not helpful and dr, Scherr does not seem to care.
About Front Desk: It depends which day you are there, one is great the other is very disorganized!
