Established care, advised to have root canal done by dentist working in her office. Not told, he had no experience with her office or tools and supplies. Over 8 hours (in 2 settings) to complete what should have taken 2 hours. Office manager is not helpful and dr, Scherr does not seem to care.

About Front Desk: It depends which day you are there, one is great the other is very disorganized!
