Factory dentistry. After waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time, he still didn't have time to actually do the treatment i was scheduled for. what he did do he didn't do well because he was obviously rushing. He is constantly in and out of the room. Very personable dentist, but from a quality standpoint, I just cannot recommend this dentist. He needs to care less about how much he's billing every day and more about the quality of work he's doing.

About Front Desk: The one good experience at this office. Nice front end staff. Definitely on top of the insurance information and scheduling, despite being very busy.

About Hygienist: Same experience with the hygienist. She was rushed and didn't have time to take x-rays. At least four people came in the room to get things which meant she had to stop working to move so they could access the cupboards. All in a 30 minute appointment, which was pretty poor planning since I was a new patient. And at this appointment the dentist came in for less than two minutes and never even sat down to look at my teeth.

Dr. Rappa is awesome. Like write-a-review-during-lunchbreak-because-he's-so-awesome awesome. I've been going to this man for 11 years (before that had 2 other dentists who were decent, but nothing to write home about). He's ridiculously thorough but still gave me options and tiered my needs when I was without insurance. Love this doctor!

About Hygienist: I have been to every hygienist there and Louise is the best! I call her the plaque/tartar nazi. She's simply incredible. My teeth come out cleaner than the day they grew in. Love her.

i truly had a wonderful experience at dr. rappa's office. I went in for a basic cleaning and was told, that I would be a good canidate of a deep cleaning. I have never been offered any information concerning my dental care.

Great Dentist, very patient, very calming Doctor. Works well with patients who fear dentist. Made me feel at ease from beginning to end of visit........gw

Very personable. He took the time to explain everything and made an extra effort to get us in quickly when we had an emergency! He is committed to patient health to the point that working out a payment plan for bigger procedures is not an issue. I cannot say how happy I am that a friend referred us!

About Hygienist: All of the office staff is cheerful and personable. I noticed this not only with my appointment, but while in the waiting room several of the staff took the time to speak with one of the other women there who recently lost her husband. The staff really cares enough about patients to develop a relationship with them.

This dentist was very thorough and honest. He did not perform procedures that were not needed. He explained what he was doing and why. If I had issues he told me what may have caused them and what his plan is to correct them. I felt very comfortable and at ease with this dentist.

About Hygienist: Hygienist is very thorough and honest. She is very experienced and professional.

He is awesome! My kids love him too! He does dental and then goes right in to ortodontics with them too!!!! Kill two birds with one doctor!

Tooth extraction: Painless procedure, inexpensive in comparison, good chair-side manners, good hygiene, professional front desk.
