Did a root canal for me recently. Switched to him from a previous dentist who said I had a mouthful of cavities, when my uncle (also A dentist but retired) told me that my previous dentist was a charlatan. First, no pain meds for a very sensitive and extremely painful root canal. I am not some addict looking for a buzz, I was in pain for two nights following the procedure. Second, I knew I hads on one really bad cavity, which was confirmed via x-ray, but when I went in to get it filled, he performed two filling on two DIFFERENT TEETH, ones that had little xray decay and NO sensitivity. Very hard to communicate with, very likely he has bolstered my treatment because I recently enrolled in dental insurance. GO ELSEWHERE.

Very personable, very intelligent. There is no better orthodontist/dentist in the Detroit Area than those at Dr. Rappa/Dr. Stevens offices in Grosse Pointe.
