Throughout the appointment, I had to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It was very frustrating. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. The front desk was rude from the beginning . When I was leaving with a root canal - in pain - and swollen - they made me wait 15 minutes while they finished their phone call so I could PAY them and make my next appointment. When she finally hung up the phone, she recommended an appointment ONE MONTH down the road when I had just completed a root canal and had a temporary filling. Which means, I could not get a final solution for over a month. I felt like a cattle in a cattle farm as the doctor worked on three patients at once. My mouth was wired open for 4 hours while he did this. I know they see a lot of patients, but there should be more spacing in their schedule. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They do not listen to their customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Dodson.

I needed a root canal immediately and he worked me in. He was pleasant and very concerned about my level of pain. His office staff was wonderful. They even called me about 5 days after my procedure to see if I was OK and if I was having any probpems. He's awesome!

Awesome experience with Dr. D! I needed a re-root canal. Dr. Dodson was very patient and extremely attentive to my needs. His entire staff was pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend this dentist if you need his expertise.
