Very good at what she does - she always listens to what your needs and concerns are and is able to address them fully. She has even given me her home number at times to be sure I feel comfortable about any follow up I may want. (I have never needed to call her at home though :)
I went to her practice in Canton, and when she opened a new practice in Ann Arbor I still go there even though it is a lot farther for me, because I have confidence in her and trust her completely.
About Front Desk: Professional and always able to handle insurance paperwork well.
About Hygienist: Good and very professional.

I love going to Dr. Davis. We have seeing Dr. Davis for over a year and have never had a problem with anything. Her staff is wonderful and always there to help with any questions. Her office is also very conveniently located off of M-14 in Ann Arbor. I would highly recommend Dr. Davis she is so great with kids.

I really like Dr. Davis. Very gentle, my teeth aren't sensitive after being worked on. She explains everything and offers options. Never had a temporary fall out either.

Very nice dentist who answered all my questions. Her work is outstanding and she makes me feel very comfortable. I have had two crowns and no problems.

Perfectly pleasant dentist, but office does not provide top notch service. Temporaries fall off, and procedures take too long to complete, so too much time away from work. They had to try four times on two different occasions to get an impression - and I have never had that happen. I am going to find another dentist. It just never feels like you're getting crisp, top notch service and procedures. Also - don't offer any good payment options and don't take discover.
About Hygienist: Okay - inane conversation gets annoying, but that's true a lot of places. Sometimes a little rough on the cleaning, and scolding for drinking coffee. I don't pay you to scold me about my beverages at my age.

Dr. Davis is a fabulous dentist. She has done several crowns and fillings for me over the years. Her work is top notch. I was floored by the negative review I read about her. I wonder if they got the right dentist! She fully explains her procedures and will work with patients to acheive the best treatment and payment options. Her warm personality makes me feel so comfortable, I'm usually afraid to see the dentist, but with Dr. Davis I go regularly! I'm her patient for life.

I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Davis. She came in on her day off to help me when I had broken my tooth last year. She is nice and caring and I would highly recommend her.

Thinking of changing dentists. They are perfectly cordial, but never get the feeling they are really top notch. Got a porcelain crown there, but it wasn't the nicest one I've ever gotten. I also got a rough filling she was never able to smooth out - the floss still shreds...They also don't give treatment options, but just decide what would be best. After a little probing, I found out I have some alternatives they didn't offer. A little more detail oriented and communication would be great. For a cleaning, they're fine. They never go ahead and book the next cleaning, I always have to remind them at front desk - usually other dentists follow up on a basic level with cleaning appointments.
About Hygienist: Paula is great and very professional - sometimes the chit chat with hygienists gets on my nerves, because I dislike personal questions that have nothing to do with dental work.
