This is where mediocrity meets a money hungry character.
In order to get more productive business he was insisting to put a crown on one of my molar.I refused him constantly and eventually he come up with :you have an active decay you need the crown now! I checked with another doctor and no decay, He was so pissed when I told him-Mr Herbst very unethical at least.

Since I had nothing but a couple of small decays that he dealt in a good but extremely costly way he was looking for something more productive and he tried to put some crowns on some molars with fillings.I refused him constantly since for 15 years I had no issue with that area ..At the last exam he must have been pretty slow because he became very bossy and he said we have to start it today ' you have an active deca'y. I end up with him that day and went to another doctor that confirmed that I had no decay .Very unethical Mr Herbst !
On top of this every six months he wants new Xrays to be taken -money hungry doctor be aware!

He is a very personable dentist. His staff is super polite and nice. Michelle is very sweet.

Spectacular service. Always kind, friendly, and professional.
The Dr. called me, from his home to mine, just to see how things were feeling after the numbness wore off from a filling.
That's service and caring that you don't get anywhere else.
The best I've been to. Period.
