Has state of the art equipment and diagnositic tools. Has very aggressive approach to dental care ...typically recommends very early treatment at first sign of potential problem. High frequency of staff turnover. Rarely have same person doing work from visit to visit. Rarely Dr. Wesley performs work. Changed from another local dentist to Wesley when I began working out of town during week - his office had Saturday appointments. He immediately diagnosed that I needed several older fillings replaced, which led to several very expensive crowns. Had "unknown" dentist in his office perform work which led to some discomfort and complications while I was working out of town, waiting for permanent crown. One crown required replacement within first year. Another failed after 2+ years. Eventhough insurance only allows replacement after 5 years, Wesley's policy is to only guarantee work for 1 year. Replacement cost was full price and out of pocket. I am no longer restricted to weekends ...returning back to previous dentist.
About Hygienist: Never same person twice. Hygienists have been very professional and proficient. Most often will listen to sales pitch where need special oral rinse (not insurance covered- $40)...or need to purchase an occlusal guard ($1000).

The office decor is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I had some work done on a filling and was very comfortable the entire visit.
