I saw Dr. Ward in September for pain in my tooth. He spent about 5 minutes with me and told me he could see nothing wrong on the x rays or any infection. I have since that visit been in a lot more pain my gums are red and infected around the tooth and pus has been coming out of my gums for 2 weeks, I can't eat or bite down because of the pain so I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Plus I have to pay what the insurance didn't cover and for what? He needs reporting to the board of dentists for a very poor consultation.

Dr. Christopher ward did an amazing job and allowed me to pay him within 30 days of my procedure.

About Front Desk: Dr. Christopher ward did an amazing job and allowed me to pay him within 30 days of my procedure. I ran into financial trouble and was only able to pay him once a month. The office woman Rachelle randomly ( random like 6 months later) decided to run my debit card they had on file for the entire balance owed on my bill without calling and asking permission. When i contacted Dr. Ward's office about this Rachelle told me she didnt have the man power and was not a collection agency and i owed them the money so she ran my card and didnt have time to call me. Please Please Please do not get any services from this facility until the front desk staff is replaced because they are lazy, disrespectful, ignorant to the law, and you cant communicate with them because they dont know how to listen without speaking over you.

I have had 3 root canals and am amazed each time how pain free and quick the procedure is. My wife had a root canal elsewhere and it was such an awful and painful experience for her that she said if she ever needs another one, she will go to Dr. Ward! He's the best around.

Excellent service, I broke a tooth on Sunday evening after seeing the dentist in the am was referred to Dr. Ward who was able to schedule me for later that afternoon for a needed root canal. Very professional and surprisingly pain free. Highly recommend. Susan Sands
