I went in there for a regular cleaning procedure. The tech supposed to clean me told that I needed a procedure called debridement. She also said that normally insurance companies don't cover that procedure but I was lucky that my company covers it and I only had to pay 5 dollars copay. Within a few weeks I received an explanation from the insurance company stating that the procedure was not covered and that I had to pay the complete bill. I called the office manager and she won;t try to understand my situation and instead was very rude.

Excellent dentist and staff. Would recommend him to all. His tech's do a great job with cleaning
