Dr. Golek is a great dentist and a good guy overall. I've been his patient since he was fresh out of dental school. He has a great sense of humor and always has interesting things to say.
About Hygienist: Dr. Golek does the cleaning...he's never used a hygienist.

Dr Golek accepted our family's Medicaid insurance. As such, I'm wary of providers sometimes asking to do uneccessary procedures. Dr Golek routinely did what was only necessary, often saying "now's not the time" for such and such procedure. I think this speaks volumes to Dr Golek's professionalism -- putting the real medical need as a priority rather than perform a procedure just to make an insurance claim.

Really great for my kids - they love to go to the dentist. They went there when they turned 3 and the dentist is very patient with them and shows them what he's going to do so that they aren't anxious.
