Not really sure what these other people are talking about, the Dr. and staff are very professional and caring and the work he does is no less than perfection. Give this office a try, you won't be disappointed!

Beware of the bill. The first time I noticed over billing was when I prepaid. The hygienist was confused because I prepaid on a cleaning and an exam was also listed. I did not make an exam appointment, and she went out front and cancelled it. Scary since I had repeatedly said that I was unemployed and did not have insurance when I made the appointment and when I prepaid. I think they were going to surprise me with the extra charges when I went to leave. When I got insurance again I watched and they over billed my insurance for services I did not receive. One you leave you are at their mercy for what they say occurred at the appointment. If you try to talk to Donna in billing you get a very condensing response. If you do go, get a receipt listing the services you received before you walk out the door. It's difficult to prove services were not received.

About Front Desk: Donna is rude, she is mainly billing but works the front desk also. She is the one who tried to sneak an exam into my appointment so that when I tried to leave she could charge me for it. The office is all about the amount of money they can make from your appointment,

This dentist puts porcelain crowns and fillings in teeth that he clearly knows porcelain is not covered by any insurance.

Had my teeth worked on before I went to military, almost every filling he did had to be replaced by a different dentist. He sits there and talks about himself and how he is the best yet his work doesnt reflect that, I am currently on this site browsing for a new dentist now that I am back in MN
