Beware of the bill. The first time I noticed over billing was when I prepaid. The hygienist was confused because I prepaid on a cleaning and an exam was also listed. I did not make an exam appointment, and she went out front and cancelled it. Scary since I had repeatedly said that I was unemployed and did not have insurance when I made the appointment and when I prepaid. I think they were going to surprise me with the extra charges when I went to leave. When I got insurance again I watched and they over billed my insurance for services I did not receive. One you leave you are at their mercy for what they say occurred at the appointment. If you try to talk to Donna in billing you get a very condensing response. If you do go, get a receipt listing the services you received before you walk out the door. It's difficult to prove services were not received.

About Front Desk: Donna is rude, she is mainly billing but works the front desk also. She is the one who tried to sneak an exam into my appointment so that when I tried to leave she could charge me for it. The office is all about the amount of money they can make from your appointment,
