I had my first visit w/Dr. Dunlap and it was the best experience I have had. I have a true fear of dentists and she spent a lot of time making me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.

About Front Desk: Front desk was really knowledgeable. I had a lot of insurance questions and there was no hesitation with the answers.

About Hygienist: I have never had such a thorough cleaning. In the past the hygienist spent 15-20 minutes cleaning my teeth, but here they really took their time and spent 35-40 minutes cleaning them. I really feel I got my monies worth

The dentist, yes. But Lorie/lorie/Laurie needs to go. I am fairly new to this dentist. I am not complaining about the dentist. But I am upset with who she has working for her. I feel bad that the dentist has someone like Laurie/Lorie/Lori working for her it's going to ruin her reputation. But the overall appearance of the office is very nice and clean and neat.

About Front Desk: This all pertains to Lorie/Laurie/Lorie. I like Dr. Mike but he didn't follow up with things that he should've as far as my dental work goes with my insurance company. When I spoke to Laurie/Lorie/Lori the second time, again she was rude disrespectful controlling uptight didn't want to give me answers to my questions. She should not be working there because she ruins the doctors reputation. Other than everyone else was very nice & pleasant so far & that's why I rated this with 3 stars because of the other people working there. But Laurie/Lorie/Lori needs to leave for the sake of this office.

Excellent experience, along with my family. Dr. Dunlap and Dr. Mike have a cheerful staff and calming manner.

About Hygienist: No problems. She did a nice job and did well explaining suggestions on how I could do a better job.

The secretaries, especially Lori, are rude, snide, and unprofessional. It is altogether an extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming establishment. You will absolutely need any fillings you have done replaced within a year. They perform unnecessary services on patients just to make more money. Don't become a victim of their malpractice.

About Hygienist: I had a hygienist quit and walk out during one of my procedures due to their moral objection to what goes on in this office.
