The dentist, yes. But Lorie/lorie/Laurie needs to go. I am fairly new to this dentist. I am not complaining about the dentist. But I am upset with who she has working for her. I feel bad that the dentist has someone like Laurie/Lorie/Lori working for her it's going to ruin her reputation. But the overall appearance of the office is very nice and clean and neat.

About Front Desk: This all pertains to Lorie/Laurie/Lorie. I like Dr. Mike but he didn't follow up with things that he should've as far as my dental work goes with my insurance company. When I spoke to Laurie/Lorie/Lori the second time, again she was rude disrespectful controlling uptight didn't want to give me answers to my questions. She should not be working there because she ruins the doctors reputation. Other than everyone else was very nice & pleasant so far & that's why I rated this with 3 stars because of the other people working there. But Laurie/Lorie/Lori needs to leave for the sake of this office.
