His office is unethical. He allowed his hygentist to perform a procedure that was unnecessary in order to bill out of pocket. This was not a case of...in my professional opinion this needed to be done....it was him doing something that didn't need to be done at all!!!
They did not tell me what they were doing as I was suppose to be getting a regular teeth cleaning. He then will bill you as he knows that the insurance will not cover it.
Save yourself time and money and go to a dentist with better staff and ethics.

Dr. Huly was great. Unfortunatley Pam, his office manager, wasn't so nice.
After my new insurance did not have the correct information, which we told her about before we saw the Doctor, she called and basically made me feel like I lied to her about my insurance and that my familly would be held responsable if it was not done immediately. her exact words
" This has been sitting here ( the insurance claim ) all month and if your information isn't updated soon you will be held responsable for the entire balance"
Rude, crass, unprofessional.
There were sooo many ways she could have made the same call. This wa sonly 11 days after the initial appt.
I went there in pain and on emergency. I just got married and went on my wifes county insurnace which is very good. They did not have me on the insurance yet but I was still covered and the paperwork was being done on the insurance end. How long they take to do it is out of our hands, and she just made us feel aweful.
Due to her rudeness we pulled the whole family out of the practice. We have enough problems in our life we do not need to be treated like that on a call form an appointment 11 days earlier.
Patients should be treated with more respect.

I have been going to Dr. Huly since 1996. He is a very gentle and conscientious dentist. He explains everything and does not do anything that is not warranted. I have never waited in his waiting room more that 5 minutes due to his highly efficient office staff. He has the original staff from when he opened this office in the early 2000s - which shows he is also a good person to work for. I have recommended many family & friends to Dr. Huly and they have all been very please with his abilities and staff. You will NOT be dissatisfied if you go to him.
