Very professional and knowledgeable dentist. Took the time to go over the x rays with me before my first cleaning at his office.

About Front Desk: The front desk receptionist was friendly. I had to take a phone call outside so I asked that she come out and get me when they were ready in which she did. Very nice. I would recommend Forest Park Dental

Dr. Eric Aubert is one of the best Dentist in the St Louis Area. I highly recommend him and his staff!

About Front Desk: All of the staff are very good and eager to help!

About Hygienist: There are two hygienists in this office and both of them are outstanding!!

Dr. Aubert is the best Dentist I have ever had!! I highly recommend him and would recommend him to anyone wanting an excellent Dentist!!

Simply the best dentist I ever had. He placed my dental implant with no problems and the esthetics were superb. HS chair side manner was excellent and his staff was very professional.

About Hygienist: Never had I had such a great experience with teeth cleaning until having my teth cleaned by Dr. Aubert's hygienist.

No bedside manner from staff or the dentist. Office is very sterile, this is important. Parking and punctuality, bad. Keep looking.

This place is horrible! So, my husband bought a groupon for teeth whitening and he was not able to get there before it expired, so I called and asked whether I could use it. They said it should not be a problem. So I take off work, get a babysitter, and drive 40 minutes out of the way to get there. I go in and they look at the groupon and proceed to tell me I can't use it. I speak to a manager and she proceeds to tell me they have many different people answering phones who do not know what is going on, but they cannot do it because they don't want to lose their contract with groupon.. I call groupon to find out this is completely untrue. They told me they do not care who uses the groupon. I think this office just wants to steal your money and then come up with excuses not to follow through. I really hate to see their work if their customer service is this poor! Meanwhile another patient was storming out because she had to wait so long. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FULL OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!

Went in for a routine cleaning. Was misguided and forced to get additional extensive cleaning that was not covered by my insurance then was LIED to about how much my bill was after insurance didnt cover charging an imaginary addtional $30 and has no explanation after complaining they said they could give me a discount just contacted my insurance company and found out that thats what the price was in the beginning RIP OFF. Overall could have been a good experience had they just been honest.....

He has no respect for anyone's time. I always have to wait at least an hour and he rushes through any procedure.
