I think Dr Banks did a great job. He's very nice, polite and gentle. I had absolutely no pain before (w/ the shot), during or after having my cavity filled. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have my cleanings and dental work done here because he is the only dentist in town that is in network with my insurance. That is the ONLY reason. Dr. Banks does not communicate with his patients. As a matter of fact, if you want to know what kind of treatment you need, the hygenist will have to tell you. I don't know that he has ever spoken more than 3 words to me. No treatment options are ever discussed. It's literally just "make an appointment to have the work done that he suggested, or not." He is absolutely intolerant of children, and will refuse to continue working on them and send them to a pediatric dentist if they so much as wince while he is filling their cavities. (which he tried to do with NO numbing medicine on my 5 yr old child.)

About Front Desk: Good with insurance and scheduling appointments with specialists, etc. Fairly friendly, but sometimes a bit short with patients.

About Hygienist: Hygenists at this office are the shining beacon of hope. Every one that I've had is pleasant, warm, gentle, and very friendly.

Zero personality, no explanations, no options. Only reason I keep going is my hygienist Mitzi- if she goes, I will follow.

About Front Desk: Front people are ok- they started calling to get you to change your appointment time if someone before you cancels. They apparently do not like gaps and call the same day to try and get you to change. I do not like this.

About Hygienist: Mitzi- absolutely the best!! Thorough, sweet, communicates procedures so you are always comfortable. Highly recommend!
