Although, Dr. Whtten is probably a great DDS. Her staff seriously lacks competence. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They have no idea what constitutes customer service. I have to reschedule appointments, wait several hours for appointments on more than one occasion. I've been sent to other dentists because of their equipment failure. It's been 6 months and I still haven't had my procedure completed simply because of the incompetence of Dr. Whitten's employees.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff are the most incompetent people I have ever experienced in a doctor's office. It's because of Dr. Whitten's staff, I will not recommend Dr. Whitten's office.
