Professional, skilled, friendly, efficient. Very, very knowledgeable and has the integrity to keep the patient fully informed and stress-free. He is particularly good at reducing and even eliminating pain and I have never been bothered by pain in any of his procedures. He is someone who I would trust with all the members of my family and I have never encountered a better dentist. my highest recommendations for Dr. Mike King!

My comment is about his office staff. I would give negative rating if I could. They called my minor child even after we asked them to remove her number from their records (she filled out the initial paperwork) They started billing me for a random amount months after the service and will not give us a detailed statement. They said they could not tell us what the insurance paid them but it is their responsibility to tell me what they think I owe them. They can be difficult to reach and are not responsive.

Dr King attempted to treat me with Invisalign to close spaces between my teeth. This was the worst experience. He didn't properly examine my teeth or Invisalign trays, which caused me extreme pain. I paid him $3900.00 up front and he couldn't complete the treatment because he lack knowledge of the Invisalign product. He didn't offer me any fraction of my money back nor did he devise a plan to help treat the ongoing pain caused by his improper monitoring of my Invisalign treatment. Please, before you have any serious work done, do research on the doctor. He is not competent in all areas of dentistry especailly tmj and Invisalign. I think he should leave Invisalign treatment to orthodontist.

Dr. King's a gentle and nice dentist. He was okay at first. However, since his business is growing he's seldom in his office. He somehow neglected his duties and relied on his staff. The constant staff turn-over is also a problem. Unfortunately, not all hired staff are compitent. His staff screwed our appointments a couple of times, messed up insurance claims several times and other little things they could have avoided but didn't have the common sense to do it. They charge more than other dentist and will refer you to colleagues who also charge a lot of money. Once I had my root canal crowned by Dr. King. He messed that up really bad. My tooth had a tiny crack that gave me an infection after a few months. By then, I have moved to another dentist. My recent dentist has no other options but to pull it out. I really don't recommend Team Dental. You're better off with another dentist.

About Hygienist: I was the unlucky one to be handled by one of his "incompitent" staff last year...a new Hygienist. I was sort of the guinea pig without my knowledge. I found out after my cleaning. She didn't know what she was doing and used the old ways of cleaning and scraping once teeth. Gave me a rinse for Gingivitis and told the other staff to charge me for the rinse. She thought that the charge was for the "3 oz. rinse" when in fact that was the amount of an entire bottle of rinse. I didn't find out about it until I reviewed the statements they were charging our insurance company a year later. Of course, by then I have no proof of the incident and there's no point complaining. I don't know the Hygienist's name because I didn't understand her on the first place. She has a thick accent. Her method was painful. Although, I never saw her again in that office. Surely, I'm not the only victim and they got rid of her.
