The hygenist recommended that I have a deep cleaning not paid by insurance. She could not articulate why and said she would not do a regular cleaning because it was not her recommendation. My teeth are in excellent condition. My Mom used to work at a dentist office and it was something she always stressed with us. When I escalated the situation to Dr. Shamoon she said that they always recommended deep cleanings because they are better than regular cleanings. I think this practice is trying to take advantage of their patients. They did a full mouth x-ray and told me they would send them to me. Now they won't return my calls or e-mails. This place is very fishy.

Removed a crown I had done 10+ years ago due to it being broken. Replacement crown made in office in less than 20 min. In my opinion Dr. Shamoon did her very best to not cause any unnecessary pain. Everything was explained before hand and instructions on home care as well as what to expect over the next few days were given before I left. In my opinion Dr. Shamoon and her staff have the best personalities I've ever seen in a Dentist office. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. I was even allowed to see my new crown being made which I found interesting and it made my visit much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Shamoon to anyone in need of dental work.

About Front Desk: Easy to schedule appointments and I loved receiving text/e-mail notifications/reminders which made it easy for me to add to my smartphone calendar.

The staff and Dr are Very Knowledgable and have up to date dental instruments and knowledge! They take the extra time to sit and explain what is happening, what I need and what I don't need! The last dentist I went to didn't show half as much professionalism as this Dr and the staff at Dental Dreams where I went to First talked Over me and about inappropriate subjects best left at home or in a bar! You don't get that at Dr Shamoons office - friendly, professional, and empathic and I should know Because I have Been An RN for Nearly 20 yrs in Emergency and OR Medicine!!! And they work hard with your insurance to get the best Deal that works best for your wallet!!! Michele Costa RN Insurance: CIGNA

About Front Desk: 4 stars I would give 5 because they are super nice and professional but have a hard time getting back to me on my insurance and how much it's gonna cost me with my new insurance for a root canal ( an insurance that kicked in weeks ago) I guess I'll have to call them tomorrow !! Haven't heard from them, and they said they would call me with some prices once they spoke with my ins. co. Trouble is the root canal is in 3 days ! Still they are very hard workers and since there seems to be only 2 right now .... They are doing a hell of a job not to mention they are super professional in their attitude and always with a smile on their face! Always courteous and kind! Superb!!!!

About Hygienist: 5 stars Professional and knowledgable Takes the time to explain procedures Kind and courteous to me and gentle with all procedures First place I've been where I didn't choke on an X-ray !!! Top notch! Straight forward too! If I don't need it or can get it cheaper somewhere else, she will let you know ( like toothbrushes, toothpaste etc.) Great personality, professional, empathetic, kind, friendly

Dr. Shamoon made sure that all my questions about my treatment was answered. Dr. Shamoon's staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and made my whole dental experience that much better. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future of my dental treatment at this office and highly recommend it to my family and friends.
