The hygenist recommended that I have a deep cleaning not paid by insurance. She could not articulate why and said she would not do a regular cleaning because it was not her recommendation. My teeth are in excellent condition. My Mom used to work at a dentist office and it was something she always stressed with us. When I escalated the situation to Dr. Shamoon she said that they always recommended deep cleanings because they are better than regular cleanings. I think this practice is trying to take advantage of their patients. They did a full mouth x-ray and told me they would send them to me. Now they won't return my calls or e-mails. This place is very fishy.
