Grand River Family Dentistry- I have never been to such a professional, courteous and clean dental office. Every time I visit the office, everyone is extremely professional. They all seem eager to make my visit as simple as possible. I’ve been recommending the office to everyone I know. People always tell horror stories about their visits and telling you where not to go. So I’ve been telling everyone where to go. I have been neglecting to go to the dentist because of the chaos I always had to deal with in other offices. However, in the two months I have visited your office, I look forward getting my procedures done. It even makes me feel better than I’ve previously felt about paying out of pocket, because I feel like the doctor and the staff deserves the respect and MY MONEY!

When the doctor did my procedure He made certain that I was not in any pain and that I was very comfortable. He even took the time to tell me everything I needed for the future. This demonstrates that he actually cared about his patients. I recommended whoever needs to go see a dentist, to come to Grand River Family

About Front Desk: Grand River Family Dentistry and everyone in there were exceptionally friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The whole staff was very professional, just excellent customer service.

My experience at GR Dentistry was excellent, they are polite and caring individual, they explain everything to the T, they work with you when it to come to payment plans, the office was very clean, everybody was dress very presentable and neat, i can see they run a organized office. I must admit i hate going to the dentist cause my past experiences,but Doctor Abraham L Azzouz change that, i never felt pain once while he did his procedure. He will be my doctor to the end of time.

I didnt have a procedure done. I just had a overall on the obtions of my treatment plan. My next appointment is 10/03/12 to have a preliminaries done. The dentist has my highest recommendation to others. The the staff was courteous and polite.

My grandsons attend this office and we haven't needed any extended procedures from Dr. Azzouz yet, thankfully. One of my grandsons did have a cavity and that whole procedure from beginning to end went very smoothly. The Dr. and his staff went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable.

About Hygienist: The hygienists at this office are very friendly and make my grandsons feel very good about coming here!

This was my first time going to Grand River Family Dentistry and everyone in there were extremely positive and made me feel very comfortable. I went and had my teeth cleaned and whoever the lady was who did my cleaning was amazing. She made me feel safe and comfortable. The whole staff broke everything down into what I needed for the future showing that they actually cared about their patients. I recommended my sister to come with me next time I go and I most definitely would recommend whoever needs to go see a dentist, to come to Grand River Family Dentistry.

the entire staff here was amazing ive been to different dentist all over michigan my husband went first and got me to go icame in with no smile i havent been able to smile in years at the end of feb 2012 i came in they took very good care of me and now its march and i can smile again i brought my daughter and granddaughter in after looking for 10 years of searching i ve found a dentist that is not fakeing but really do care about people thank you so much for putting this smile back on my face

About Hygienist: they dis my daughter and grandaughters teeth and did a great job my daughter said this is the first time in years that she came out of the dentist and really felt like her teeth had been cleaned thanks so much lori doster and family

Though new to the service of this Dentist and office I am Greatly impressed. The service and the dedication the office has to its patients is exceptional. They are the first I seen to give welcome gifts to patients :).

You will NOT be disappointed with Dr Azzouz and his staff. At Grand River Family Dentistry, you will experience top notch service. You will receive a reminder call, and when you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted by a friendly and professional staff. Dr. Azzouz will make sure that he works for you to better your smile. Here, they make it a great point to make sure the patient is both empowered and educated so the best decision is made. I think what really sold me was the fact that they took the time to make sure any services performed were covered under my insurance, so no surprise bills!!!! I finally found a dentist office that makes me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a life changing dentist experience, come here you WILL NOT regret it.
