Dr. Oliver and her staff were very thorough and considerate, and they did a great job with my root canal. I am difficult to anesthetize, and mentioned this to her assistant. A couple times I had only a slight twinge of pain and she noticed this right away, stopped everything and applied more anesthetic until I was completely comfortable. One issue with the facilities, though - the rooms are not completely private and are kind of crowded, and I had a vocal patient right next door - even moaned about the numbing shots! This made me a little more nervous than I would have been, but that is not the fault of the staff or Dr. Oliver, but whoever is in charge of facilities. I thought it strange that I could see a number of patients being worked on in full view while on the way back to the room for my own procedure. The wait, I would say, was about average for a dentist or doctor's office, although the procedure got interrupted by walk-in emergencies several times. For that reason, the procedure took over 3 1/2 hours, but I am actually glad they take care of the walk-ins right away. I would hate to be one of them and have to wait!

About Hygienist: My hygienist was a little on the stern side. ("If this hurts, it's because you are not flossing enough." OK, true enough). But she was overall polite and pleasant enough, and I am glad she takes her job seriously.

Dr. Oliver is one of the best dentists I have ever received treatment from! She is not only extremely thorough with her work, but she is also extremely gentle and amazing at giving numbing shots. She is always very patient and communicative when it comes to talking about pain I am having as well as any other questions I have.
I 100% refer her to everyone I know and will continue to do so in the future!
