I had an implant which failed. I He is not very compassionate to feelings and financing. I regret ever having my work done by him.

Went to him for an implant. He was a bit abrupt to his staff in front of me and I am already an anxious dental patient. That made me very uncomfortable and to top it off it failed.

OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Rallis is the most wonderful DDS ever. I have been a dental phobic for years due to some very bad past experiences and had not been to the dentist in many many years. I had an infected tooth that I wanted pulled. I also need to have any dental work done under IV sedation. I consulted with another DDS that was just awful. I then went to see Dr. Rallis and he was not only very kind and gentle , he took time to listen to me and answer all my questions. He convinced me he could save my tooth along with another one that was in bad shape. I ended up having not only my two teeth saved, but cavities filled and my teeth cleaned at the same time. I am so happy I went to him. Not only is he wonderful, so is his entire staff. I am not an easy patient to deal with due to my extreme phobia, but Dr. Rallis and his entire staff made me feel comfortable and confident and I am so happy to say everything worked out wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about him and I now have a wonderful dentist to go to and care for my teeth. Highest praise for Dr. Rallis and staff!!

I went to him through a recommendation and did not like it at all. he seems very nervous and wants to sell you a large case.

Dr. Rallis is very gentle and he explains everything in great detail. His work is immaculate and I will most definitely refer whoever asks me for a good dentist.

About Front Desk: The office manager, Vera, is very helpful and welcoming. She speaks with professionalism and made me feel comfortable right away.

About Hygienist: Mary the hygienist is very gentle and thorough, you've never had a real cleaning until you've had it with her.

Dr. Rallis is a superb dentist. I came to his office needing a crown for a root canal that I had done and decided to get a comprehensive exam. He basically saved all my teeth. The exam with xrays and intraoral photos detected problems and cavities that my previous dentist failed to detect. He did an excellent job with the crown and filling my cavities. They look very natural, beautiful and feels comfortable in my mouth. My previous dentist did a horrific job with my fillings, leaving room for decay under them and if it wasn't for Dr. Rallis I probably will be looking at more root canals down the line. I can finally smile and not stress about my teeth. The pain I felt is gone and I can eat and not feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Rallis' Center for Smiles.

About Front Desk: The staff is wonderful as well. Vera the receptionist was great at getting me the appointment times that worked for me and the assistants were friendly and professional. You feel like you are taken care of.

I live in Bayside all my life and have experienced several Dentist, now living in Bay Terrace, I have passed Dr. Rallis's office several times and finally went in for a cleaning and check up.. Wow.. I had such an unexpected customer service experience .. From the beginning phone call I did sitting outside in my car hoping I can get in now, the receptionist Vera who answered the phone said to me " sure you can come in now, we will fit you in" there was no attitude or hassle to make an appt and be seen right away.. Once inside the office the staff was incredible friendly and knowledgable and courteous and when finally meeting Dr. Rallis himself, he was incredibly charming friendly and attentative ...fixed my fillings quickly and pain free, I was even offered to watch a movie of my choice, it was a amazing experience .. I myself are in the customer service industry and strive to be the best at what I do .. So experiencing perfection was an amazing feeing from the first phone call to when I left the office 2 hours later !!! I brought in my friend few weeks later and I encourage anyone reading this to give Dr. Rallis a chance to meet u and change your bad experiences in going to the dentist like he's done for ME !! =)

Great staff and easy to make an appointment......Dr. Rallis is on of the best in the area and I highy recomend him.........
