I'm sure dr. Grady is a very good oral surgeon .if she would have given me the opportunity to be her patient .she decided she didn't want to take the extra time with somebody with health problems .so she referred me to a teaching Hospital in San Francisco .who rightfully said her students can't do it either .why would he expect students to work on me if she didn't want to bother with the extra trouble .or maybe it was my medical card ,maybe my age ,who knows 60 year old it's not that old are that young .all I know is she refused to do a full mouth extraction or left me with broken teeth making it hard to eat .list of all of root infection .after 3 months I'm still searching for a dentist to tell me to go back to my dentist because I'm her patient .I kept calling office and asking if they would at least pull the tooth with the root infection so I just keep calling in for antibiotics and pain pills until I can find someone that will treat me .

I was referred to Dr. Grady for an implant on my lower left. Dr. Grady & her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the entire procedure to me and also coordinated all appointments with my dentist. The view from the surgery room is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommened Dr. Grady and her staff!
About Front Desk: Dr. Grady's front office staff was very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits to me and helping me to maximize my benefits so that I had very little out of pocket.

I went in for a consultation after a referral from my primary dentist. I was there an hour, which included wait time, 5 minutes with the doctor, and an xray. Dr. Grady has no bedside manner - I could not see any personality whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day. I really felt ripped off after having paid for a consult and given information I had already read on google. I could have been given an estimate over the phone and not paid over $200. I ended up going with a different dental surgeon for my implant at half the cost and no consultation fee.
About Front Desk: The staff was the only good thing about the visit.
