I went in for a consultation after a referral from my primary dentist. I was there an hour, which included wait time, 5 minutes with the doctor, and an xray. Dr. Grady has no bedside manner - I could not see any personality whatsoever. Maybe she was having a bad day. I really felt ripped off after having paid for a consult and given information I had already read on google. I could have been given an estimate over the phone and not paid over $200. I ended up going with a different dental surgeon for my implant at half the cost and no consultation fee.
About Front Desk: The staff was the only good thing about the visit.
