I moved to the area several months ago but had not found a dentist. I broke a tooth and had to find one quickly. After reading all the positive reviews for Paragon Dentistry, and because it was very close to where I live, I called their office. They were able to get me in the next day. The reviews I read were correct - everyone in this practice was so professional, helpful, nice, and determined to make sure I had a comfortable, pain free experience. This is my new dental office - so glad I found them!

One of my tooth had chipped and I needed to urgently find a dentist. Paragon had recently opened near me and I thought I'd give it a try. I was really nervous because there were not many reviews about Dr. Nelson. I was extremely impressed with all the office staff. I needed to get a root canal and a crown to repair the tooth. Dr. Nelson worked very hard to save as much as my tooth as possible. This was my first root canal ever and I have heard so many horror stories from friends/coworkers about how painful they are. I had absolutely no pain at all, even once the numbness wore off. I think he did such an amazing job. I cannot tell the difference b/w my natural teeth and the one repaired with the crown. If you live in the area and are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

First of all, very professional and great communications. I've had plenty of bad experiences in the past with other dentist and as a full grown man, hate going to the dentist but know I need too. Had a deep cleaning and loved the results. Loved that he did the whole process in less than an hour which I didn't think was bad and for both the deep cleaning and 12 fillings. Thank you so much for making sure my mouth was numb! CAN'T wait for my whitening in 3 weeks from now!

I've never had a better dental experience anywhere. The place is very clean and modern, and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Hui took the time to explain exactly what the state of my dental health was and recommended preventative measures beyond just flossing and brushing. I've never had a dentist take the time to do that. The hygienist and doctor were both very thorough, but gentle, when cleaning my teeth, which I really appreciated. Basically, everything about this place went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Great office with amazing staff. Dr. Nelson was very thorough with his explanations of my dental condition and I had a filling done, which didn't hurt at all! Highly recommended!

I'm not sure what that negative review on this site is talking about, but I've been going to see Dr. Nelson ever since Paragon Dentistry opened and have always had a good experience. Dr. Nelson is always very honest with what needs to be done and shows me photos and x-rays of my condition to educate me on why things need to be done. My mouth has always been a mess and I've had a lot of missing teeth which have all now been restored with implants by Dr. Nelson and I've never been happier. All the equipment here is state of the art and I just love the entire Paragon staff! I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone, especially if you are fearful of the dentist.

I've been seeing Dr. Nelson for a while and each visit has been wonderful. Dr. Nelson is the most personable and skilled dentist that I have seen (and I've tried multitudes of dentists over the course of my life). All the dental work that Dr. Nelson has performed on me have been painless and you can tell he cares because he checks on me a lot throughout the procedure to make sure that I'm comfortable! His accompanying staff at Paragon Dentistry is great as well! 5 stars for Dr. Nelson and Paragon Dentistry!

Terrible dentist and friendly staff for Chinese patients. Unnecessary x-rays were definitely pushed on me. That sketches me out and makes me not trust other things they recommend since I think they're just trying to get money from me. I was there for a cleaning and some machine's motor didn't work one of the two times I was there and also my scheduled dentist was late. Feels a little disorganized to me.
