Hands down, the best dental practice I've ever encountered. Dr. Castle gives the utmost attention and care to my dental needs every time I am in the office. I have no doubt that my dental health is in the best hands. Many people dislike going to the dentist, but Orchard Family Dental knows how to make each patient feel at ease and comfortable. The dental staff is so personable and friendly - it's always a refreshing break in my day, and I even look forward to going now. If anyone is in the market for a new dentist or has any dental needs, I give my highest recommendation to OFD

I went for a tooth extraction with Dr. Michael Castle a little over a year ago. When he removed the tooth part of the root remained and he tried to remove it with a drill. The drill slipped nicked the artery that runs along the top of the mouth and punctured my nasal cavity. He kept me in the chair for 45 minutes trying to stop the bleed, at one point he sat me up in the chair and blood came running out of my nose. Dr. Castle had the office call my wife and tell her I needed a ride home, but once she arrived they told her to take me to the ER because they could not stop the bled. By this time we were over an hour into this and I was still bleeding profusely. I told my wife I didn’t feel like I could walk to the car and she asked the office to call an ambulance. Upon arrival to the hospital I was prepped for emergency surgery. Fortunately, an ER physician was able to stop the bleed saving me from surgery but not an overnight stay. Even though I had two separate insurance policies I was still out of pocket over 5000.00 dollars. I went to an oral surgeon where I was told that it would cost 500.00 to repair the hole that Dr. Castle created with his drill and also that the root still remained. Talk about insult to injury I h
