I've just sold my house and had moved out of the area and I thought I owed Dr. Nguyen a review for his excellent services for me and my family for the past 6 years. I have had plenty of dental works done here from simple fillings to root canals and crowns and I have to say I had no complains. Dr. Nguyen does everything himself and he has a machine that makes crowns in the office in less than one hour! He never had to refer me out to see a specialist because he's competent at what he does and he got things done in a timely manner. When I had insurance he worked with me to help me maximize my dental benefits. When I no longer had insurance he still gave me fair and reasonable prices on my dental works. Now that I'm in a new area trying to look for a good dentist I realized how great a dentist Dr. Nguyen was. Thank you doc for all you did!

My husband and I carefully choose our new dentist a few years ago - and that dentist is Dr. Bao Nguyen at Promenade Dental Care in Temecula, just right next to Costco, 31 Flavors and the Temecula Promenade Mall. We were looking for a dentist who had great skills, used the latest in dental technology, who offered affordable rates and provided great customer service. Also, we were very happy to see how clean the office and rooms are at this facility. We found all of this with Dr. Nguyen and Promenade Dental Care and more. Now, several years later, we have had a lot of necessary dental work done by Dr. Nguyen and are very, very pleased with the results. We did our research first and we are glad we did. We very highly recommend this dentist and facility.

About Hygienist: Always a good experience. In addition to my regular 6 month teeth cleaning, Dr. Nguyen offers laser cleaning treatment. It is very, very inexpensive to add this to a cleaning, compared to the cost that other dentists charge who offer it. I always get the additional laser treatment when I get my teeth cleaned because I am convinced that it has saved me consider additional dental work because the laser treatment is extremely effective.

About Hygienist: Very through cleaning and very pleasant. I always get the laser treatment with each cleaning. It is very inexpensive here (the laser treatment) compared to other dentists who offer this. I know it has helped save me perhaps hundreds of dollars because it is a very effective preventative procedure.

He did not bill all of my dos and he billed the wrong dos twice and he over charged me. He demanded his share before the dentist paid and he took to much and refused to send me my refund. He still refuses to bill one procedure for insurance payment that I paid cash for the entire procedure. He told the insurance companies several untruths about the same procedure three different accounts of the procedure: he said I wished to choose this procedure. He said I did not have the procedure done.; He said the insurance would not pay for the procedure and he refused to bill the procedure d5820. He changed the procedure code and demanded $992.00 cash upfront and he was no going to bill the procedure correctly. I refused this procedure for $1308.00 the way he presented it to me and the fact that he was rude to me and demanded the cash up front and the claims department said that he could not bill the procedure this way d5225 which was changed on 14-11-2016. I am a good patient. I paid almost $6000.00 for dental care in 2011-2012 and this is the thanks I get. This visit was supposed to be for $2888.00. I am very unhappy and disappointed that anyoe in business would treat a human being this way. In my estimation he has lied & overcharged me
